Welcome to this week’s Practical Wisdom—your sacred pause to rise above the noise and remember that peace is not found in the world, but in the One who watches it without judgment.
This week’s message is one I offer with reverence and clarity, as global events grow louder and the call to choose differently becomes increasingly urgent.
Theme of the Week: Above the Battleground
As I write this, the headlines speak of violence—of bombs, of targets, of nations locked in ancient cycles of defense. And yet, within me, there is stillness. Not indifference. Not denial. But a deeper witnessing.
A Course in Miracles teaches:
“You are not asked to judge the role each one has taken. You are merely asked to forgive them all for what they do.” — ACIM T-15.V.8:2
The world we see is in the ego’s final performance—fear rising to the surface so that it can finally be healed. This is not the end of the world. It is the end of forgetting who we are, as God created us, and how our egos have made this world we are waking up in.
Awakening does not call us to deny what is happening; instead, it calls us to acknowledge it. It calls to recognize the ego’s work, which attempts to block God’s loving presence and deny that it has power over all. The battles taking place the world over are reflections of the inner battle we each must face.
Please join me in diving deep into A Course in Miracles within the Awareness Academy. The outer world can’t change until we become the change we desire to experience. This is the opportunity I see before us, thanks to my sweet and unwavering relationship with God.
To rise above the battleground does not mean we look away. It means we look with God. We forgive the illusion by remembering the Light.
