This is a deeply personal reflection. My prayer is that it speaks to some part of your own path—especially if you're feeling like the old life no longer fits, and you're ready to return to the truth of who you are.
Theme of the Week: The Day I Came Alive
I didn’t wake up because I was seeking God. I woke up because I was terrified of what God would do to me when I died.
When my mother passed away in 2002, a grief deeper than sadness overtook me. But beneath the grief was terror—fear of hell. I had been raised Catholic, and the word sinner was stitched into the fabric of my identity.
What followed was a journey down a rabbit hole of religion, politics, reincarnation, metaphysics, and eventually A Course in Miracles. With each breadcrumb I followed, I discovered that I was not broken. I was not damned. I was simply misinformed.

From Abandonment to Awareness
My early life was shaped by rejection and people-pleasing. My father wanted a son, and I came into the world a daughter. That childhood imprint taught me to overachieve, to manipulate outcomes, and to live from a fear of abandonment, which kept me from truly connecting yet clinging.
But none of it ever gave me peace. It was only when I began to unravel the programming that I could remember who I really am.

The Voice of Love is Always Speaking
My path was guided by synchronicities: books, metaphysics, past-life stories, quantum physics, and ultimately A Course in Miracles. I heard inner guidance—what I now call the Voice for God.
In August 2007, I experienced a Kundalini awakening that showed me our oneness in vivid, undeniable light. I was told to teach what I now call the Power of Awareness.

Living Awake
To live from an awakened state is to know this: No matter what happens, you can handle it.
When plans shift or things fall through, I no longer spiral into blame. I trust. I ask: What is the gift here? And that keeps me present.

How We Begin to Heal
Healing starts with willingness. Willingness to question your thoughts. Willingness to write them down. Willingness to be wrong.
I teach how to Shift & Lift on a worksheet that shows the contrast between fear and love. It’s simple, but transformative—when done with honesty.

We Are in an Ascension Window
We are in a sacred window of awakening—a cosmic opportunity to heal in years what once took lifetimes.
The requirement? You must want peace more than you want to be right. That’s the portal.
Many are waking up faster than ever before. This is the time.
Practice For the Week
When conflict arises, ask:
- Where am I needing to be right?
- What is this costing me?
- Can I choose to see this as an opportunity instead of a problem?
Then breathe. And listen.
