Practical Wisdom: Living 5D in a 3D World

Beloved Friend,
A widely discussed public death has many taking sides. Some grieve, some celebrate, some doubt the story. From an ACIM lens, our task isn’t to “be right”—it’s to return to the middle way where we can see everything as either love or a call for love. In that space, we become instruments of healing.
“Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.” (T-In.2:2-3)
What we’re practicing in the Awareness Academy:

Soul contracts & impermanence: However the story is told, the ego’s world is a movie that changes scene by scene. (W-132; T-27.VIII)

Refusing sides: When we polarize, we’re in the ego. The teacher of God stands in the center, allowing Truth to inform perception. (M-4.I-A; T-24.In)

Listening as medicine: Charlie’s public style of letting others speak is a symbol for us: put down the mic, listen first, then respond from Love. (T-5.VI.3; T-4.IV.1)

Rising through the scale of emotions: From apathy → anger → courage → willingness… every honest feeling, held in Light, is a step upward. (T-30.II; W-34)

Freedom & due process: A “happy dream” includes safety to speak and hear each other. We don’t need punishment to be at peace, but many still believe they do; compassion meets them where they are. (T-29.IX; M-17.4)
ACIM Touchstones for This Moment

“I do not know what anything is for.” (W-25)
Lay down your interpretations. Let the Holy Spirit repurpose everything for peace. -
“I could see peace instead of this.” (W-34)
A swift pivot from judgment to vision. -
“Projection makes perception.” (T-21.In.1:1)
Notice how inner fear seems to appear “out there.” -
“Teach only love, for that is what you are.” (T-6.I.13:2)
When you speak, let it be Love that teaches—especially online. -
“I am not a body. I am free.” (W-199)
Bodies seem to die; Spirit remains untouched.
Practice for the Week
1) The Neutral Seat (2 minutes, anytime).
Place a hand on the heart. Breathe gently. Whisper: “I do not know what anything is for.” (W-25)
Let the nervous system settle. Imagine stepping to the middle—a bright center between sides.
2) The Talking Stick.
Before you reply to any post or person, pause and listen. Ask: “What is this really asking for—love or a call for love?” Then answer with only Love.
3) Micro-Forgiveness (in the moment).
When you notice outrage, say: “I could see peace instead of this.” (W-34)
Feel the emotional charge move through—no editing, no story. Exhale. Offer it to Spirit.
4) One Brave Share.
Choose one arena (family thread, feed post, conversation) and share from neutrality—not to convince but to bless. Close with: “May we remember the Love we are.”

Spirit, use me for Your will. Let me be the listening, the blessing, the bridge.
