This week’s transmission invited us to look squarely at Lesson 39: My holiness is my salvation. Holiness here means wholeness—remembering we are one with God and, therefore, one with each other. From that remembrance, the world stops being a battlefield and becomes a mirror. Our reactions to events—grief, rage, celebration, indifference—are simply teachers pointing to what wants healing within.

On ‘We Are Each Charlie Kirk’
This isn’t a political slogan; it’s a spiritual pointer. When we say “we are each Charlie Kirk,” we’re acknowledging the one Life looking through many lenses. The task isn’t to agree with every viewpoint; it’s to witness our judgments, claim our projections, and choose again. From wholeness, there’s no one to attack and nothing to defend.
Practice for the Week
Lesson 39—Four Short Rounds Daily (5 minutes each):

Center
Repeat slowly: “My holiness is my salvation.” Breathe into the heart. -
Scan
With eyes closed, let unloving thoughts surface: uneasiness, sadness, anger, fear, worry, attack, insecurity. -
Apply the Correction
For each thought:
“My unloving thoughts about ___ are keeping me in hell. My holiness is my salvation.” -
Rest
30–60 seconds of simple presence. If helpful, add: “If guilt is hell, what is its opposite?” -
Micro-Reminders (3–4×/hour)
Whisper: “My holiness is my salvation.” Especially when triggered, pause and repeat until your breath lengthens and your shoulders drop.

Integration in Daily Life

Before responding online or in conversation, place a hand on your heart and ask: “Am I projecting pain or extending love?”
